How it works
Four easy steps to get your tax return filed
1
Register and submit an application
We have 2 offline locations across Canada except Quebec. Check if there’s any offices close to you.
Don’t worry, if they are too far — we will provide help online.
Consideration of the application
Our client managers will review your request and get back to you as soon as it’s processed.
3
Meeting with your tax preparer
Volunteers will need to see all the relevant information and documents to prepare your taxes: Photo ID, SIN, Tax slips, Receipts, Previous NOA, etc.
Tax Filing
Once all your information is processed and confirmed by you - your volunteer tax preparer will submit your tax return and provide recommendations for the further steps.
